By using counselingwithtracey.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Information only, not therapy

The Site describes my services and shares general information. Using the Site, contacting me, or booking a consultation does not create a therapist-client relationship. That relationship begins only after we both agree to work together and you complete intake paperwork. See my Disclaimer.

Who I serve

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (California LPCC #6637). I see clients in person in Felton and by telehealth for people located in California at the time of each session.

Booking, fees and cancellations

Fees, sliding-scale options, and cancellation terms are explained on the Site and in my intake agreement. If they differ, the signed intake agreement controls.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the Site, attempt to access it without authorization, submit false information, or send spam or harmful code.

Intellectual property

Text, images and design on the Site belong to Counseling with Tracey or are used under license. You may share links to the Site, but please don't copy content for commercial use without permission.

Links to other sites

The Site links to outside services, such as directories, social media and scheduling. I'm not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

No warranties; limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, I'm not liable for damages arising from your use of the Site or its content. Nothing here limits responsibilities I have to clients under professional and legal standards of care.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes

I may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site means you accept the current version.
